Soda Firing Spotlight: A Kiln Full of Magic!
|
|
|
|
|
Our May Soda Firing was a true kiln-side celebration—thank you to everyone who contributed work, loaded the kiln, and gathered for the big reveal! From intricate lattice sculptures to earthy mugs and vases, the results were absolutely stunning. The unpredictable beauty of soda glaze never fails to inspire, and it was incredible to see so many forms transformed by the flames and vapor.
Next Soda Firing: Friday, June 20th
Submit your work by Wednesday, June 18th to be included in the firing. Let’s keep the magic going, get your pieces ready for a new round of soda-fired surprises!
Speak to LeRoy about how you can help out: whether it’s loading, bricking up the door, or firing day tasks! While participation isn’t mandatory, there is a $35 fee per medium piece for those who don’t assist in the firing.

🕯️ Candle-Making Workshop with Trey
Thursday, June 26th | 7–9pm
Bring your handmade vessel, and we’ll provide the wax, wicks, and a variety of scents and colors to customize your candle! Have a favorite fragrance in mind? Feel free to bring your own. This is a perfect chance to turn your creations into something fun and functional.

About Our One Time Wheel Classes
|
|
Weekly First time introduction to pottery throwing with the pottery wheel and clay. Learn to use the pottery wheel, center clay and make a bowl, cup or plate. We will have about two hours to play with clay making a couple of piece of pottery like a cup and bowl. BYOB.
