Free Glaze Making Class - Call for details.

Using the right methods and processes for manufacturing high-quality technical ceramic glazes is just as essential as choosing the correct ceramic material to meet the needs of a given application. Discussions about advanced material processing through to forming, firing, and finishing, this requires a high level of control and expertise to obtain a deep knowledge and understanding of the entire production cycle.

We will cover glaze preparation, standard formula notation, mixing glaze components, and testing / firing glazes.
|
|

About Our One Time Wheel Classes
|
|
First time introduction to pottery throwing with the pottery wheel and clay. Learn to use the pottery wheel, center clay and make a bowl, cup or plate. We will have about two hours to play with clay making a couple of piece of pottery like a cup and bowl. BYOB.
